JTP series mining hoisting winches are mainly used for lifting materials, personnel and equipment on the ground and inclined shafts of mines, and can also be used for underground transportation and sinking bucket lifting.

The basic principle of hoisting winch

Operating Procedure
PRE-PREPARATION: Check all parts of the equipment to ensure that the winch, ropes, braking system, etc. are in good condition. Wear the necessary safety equipment.
Connecting the weight: Connect the weight to the rope of the hoisting winch by hook or loop chain to ensure that the hoisting device is firm and reliable.
Start the motor: according to the lifting weight, choose a reasonable lifting speed, start the motor and start lifting.
Monitor the process: During the lifting process, observe the movement of the weight in real time to ensure its stability and avoid deviation or shaking.
