Working principle

Rubber pavers are made by mixing pre-treated rubber particles (usually recycled rubber or new rubber) with adhesive, after heating and stirring, through the machine's paver device evenly spread on the ground. By controlling the thickness, width and laying speed of the material, the machine ensures a smooth and even final surface.

Major component

Feeding system: Responsible for transporting rubber pellets and other mixed materials to the paving section.

Mixing device: the rubber particles are fully mixed with the adhesive to ensure the uniformity of the material.

Heating system: The temperature of the mixed material is adjusted by the heating device to improve its construction performance.

Paving device: the mixed rubber material is evenly laid on the ground. This section may be equipped with vibration devices to increase the density of the laying.

Vibratory or compacting device: Used to further compact the laid rubber layer to ensure surface smoothness and density.
