JD series explosion-proof dispatching winch is used for dispatching trolleys, tramcar in underground parking lots, middle roadways, mining transportation lanes in mines, dragging or carrying heavy loads. We can design and manufacture different types of dispatching winch with maximum pulling force 7.5-40KN.
Principle of operation
Driven by an electric motor or diesel engine, the winch begins to rotate and the rope winds around the reel of the winch.
When the winch rotates, one end of the rope is connected to the weight, dragging it upward or downward.
By controlling the rotating speed and steering of the winch, precise control of the weight can be realized.
The braking device can effectively control the falling speed of the weight to ensure safety.
